My name is Nejla Horasan, Sales Representative of the Pedler People.   My expertise and background brings extensive knowledge of luxury new home construction, property value, site selection and acquisition.  I am experienced in Municipal Zoning Bylaws, I have hands on experience  in the design of homes, town homes, condominiums and apartments, commercial projects and Consent and Planning of Subdivisions. 

My experience in both development and construction and indepth knowledge of municipal zoning bylaws lead to a very natural transition into sales and leasing of all property types.  I am thrilled to offer my clients a donation to their charity of choice from the sale or purchase of a property where I am involved so that we can together better our community and world.
